Outstanding Philanthropist Awards
The Outstanding Philanthropist Awards will be presented this year to four individuals and an organization in the local philanthropic community whose generous gifts of time, expertise, and resources have truly made Northeast Indiana a better place. Nominations for these awards are currently being solicited from Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Huntington, Kosciusko, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wabash, Wells, and Whitley counties.
Those selected for recognition will be honored at the sixth annual Northeast Indiana National Philanthropy Day® celebration on Thursday, November 12th at the Landmark Conference and Reception Centre in Fort Wayne. Nomination forms can be downloaded here:
Completed nomination forms must be marked “CONFIDENTIAL” and mailed to: 2009 NPD Awards, AFP, PO Box 13498, Fort Wayne, IN 46869-3498. All nominations must be postmarked by Friday, September 18, 2009.
