AFP Northeast Indiana Chapter adds new Mentorship Program as a Benefit of Membership

The Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Northeast Indiana Chapter is embarking on a new initiative: a Mentorship Program for members. A Mentor provides exposure, visibility, and coaching which directly supports a Mentee’s professional development. In addition, Mentors provide role modeling and friendship which helps a Mentee develop a positive self-image.

These outstanding philanthropists are individuals and organizations in the local community whose generous gifts of time, expertise, resources, and passion for giving have made Northeast Indiana a better place.

Call for Nominations for the 2009 Outstanding Philanthropist Awards Announced

AFP Northeast Indiana Chapter has issued a Call for Nominations for the 2009 Outstanding Philanthropist Awards to honor the compassion and generosity of individuals and organizations whose gifts of time, expertise, and resources have made Northeast Indiana a better place. Nominations are being solicited from the following counties: Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Huntington, Kosciusko, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wabash, Wells, and Whitley.
