With years of expertise in guiding organizations toward sustainable growth, Jeremy will lead a discussion on how Directors and CEOs can strategically engage with major donors to deepen connections and maximize impact. This session will explore actionable approaches for cultivating high-value relationships, building authentic donor trust, and empowering organizational vision through effective executive involvement.

A LITTLE MORE ABOUT THE PRESENTER

Jeremy Hatch brings 25 years of successful experience in goal-oriented fundraising and arts management to the RSC team. He has provided ongoing strategic counsel to more than 50 RSC clients, including leading RSC engagements with the Detroit, Cincinnati, Minnesota, and St. Louis Orchestras, as well as Opera Omaha, The Cleveland Pops, Breckenridge Create and the New Harmony Project.

Jeremy served as the founding Development Director for the Center for the Performing Arts in Carmel, Indiana, where he began one of the largest performing arts center fundraising programs in the Midwest. He has also led numerous capital and endowment campaigns, including the Indiana University Art Museum’s Matching the Promise initiative to triple the organization’s endowment, and the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis’ $30 million New Visions, Lasting Values campaign.

Jeremy has been an Adjunct Faculty member in fundraising at Indiana University and has served as a Board member of Aurora PhotoCenter, Indianapolis Fringe Festival, Hamilton County Visitor’s Bureau, Monroe County United Way, and Bloomington Playwright’s Project. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Drama as well as a Master of Arts Administration, both from Indiana University.

Jeremy is a committed professional fundraiser, holding the Certificate in Fundraising Management from The Fundraising School and believes passionately in the power of philanthropy as a positive change agent in the United States.
